Refund and Exchange Policy

Yes, we offer an exchange as well as return but you have to pay the delivery charges for this process. Typically, a refund policy allows customers to return products within a specified timeframe, often ranging from 2-3 days after you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items generally must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once we get the item the process of return or exchange usually takes 5-7 days. You will receive your refund in original payment source.
